30. 45. 4. 2. 20. No, those aren't lottery numbers. 30 is the number of years I've been married to my sweetheart. 45 is the number of years we have known each other. Together, we have 4 children. 2 is the number of years I taught English in the Georgia public school system before I came home to be with and homeschool my children. 20 is the number of homeschool years I have under my belt. During my homeschool career, I created my own writing and literature curriculum for my children, and I created my own lesson plans for various co-op English classes I taught as well. Though my children are all grown now, my passion for homeschooling has not diminished, and it gives me great joy to work with homeschool students.
